how to send document in business central through email by document sending profile?


1.      Hi everyone,
      Today we will discuss about how to send documents through email in business central d 365 .we can send sales quote ,sales order and sales invoices too through email in business central but here i will discuss about how to send job quote through email .the reason behind this is that in Cronus demo company of business central d 365 document sending profiles for sales invoices are already exists but for sending jobs quote you have to set document sending profile first to send job quote through email .if you donot set it then you will see following error window:
   
n    Now what should i do to send this job quote ?. This is may be the  question arises in your mind . So no need to worry ,i will tell you how to handle with such situation.This errors means you have to set a document sending profile along with document layout having standard report id for job quote in report selection.so the following are steps you should have to follow:
   
             1Create a new document sending profile.

         2.        As shown below:

       3.       Now attached such newly created document sending profile to customer on customer card as              shown below:



 4. On search bar search for Document Layout and then under Usage select job quote ,Report ID                1016 ,Report Caption job quote and then close as shown below:
 5. Now after completing all these step now  you are able to send your job quote through email  .
