If you want to get started quickly with a new company that contains setup and demo data, then the option Evaluation - Sample Data is the best choice.

You can use the Evaluation - Sample Data option in the create new company wizard, to create a company that is like the demonstration company with sample data and setup data.

The company is created with the essential functionality scope containing everything you need to evaluate the product for companies with standard processes. For example, sample invoices and ledger entries allow you to view charts and reports.

To create a new company with setup and demo data, follow these steps:

1.    In the My Settings page, open the assist edit button to the right of the Company textbox.

2.    In the allowed companies window that opens, select New and then, Create New Company.

3.    The create new company wizard opens.

4.    Click Next.

5.    Enter a name for the new company and select the option: Evaluation Sample Data.

6.    Click Next.

7.    In the next page of the wizard, click Manage Users to add users to or remove users from the new company, then click Next.

8.    Choose Finish to create the company. This can take a few minutes to complete.
